ment shall be per NFPA #10.
Re: Wizard's Fun-n Games
In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please note
the following items:
2. All areas to be protected by automatic sprinklers
with the exception of the under - floor areas.
All Sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by
companies licensed to perform this type of
work. Drawings shall first be'approve`d by the
Washington Survey'& Rating Bureau,. then by the
Tukwila Fire Dept. No work Shall_ commence
without approved drawings.
Under- floor 'areas shall be totally enclosed
With 5/8" hype "X" gypsum wallboard. (Includes
the area under the ramp ,& stairs)
4. Per UFC Sec. 10.104 (b), "All door_ in`or lead-
ing to exits shall be maintained openable from
the inside without the use of ,a 'key or any
special knowledge or effort at all times when
the building or area served thereby is occupied ".
5 No e'qui,pm'entviring,_ duct - wo.rk or other devices
to be installed in the areas 'under the raised
floor, ramp,' bar stairs.

mentioned project.
