Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies licensed to perform this type of work. Drawings shall first be approved by the Washing - ton Survey & Rating Bureau, then by the Tukwila Fire Dept. No work shall commence without approved drawings. Hose stations are required per City Ordinance #730.. Fire extinguishers shall be proveded per NFPA #10, as a minimum requirement. Insure that adequate electrical service (receptacles) is installed. This will help eliminate the future illegal use of extension cords or other unapproved devices.
