Dear Al:
In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please note
the following items:
1. Per UFC Sec. 10.113, "At every required exit
doorway, and wherever otherwise required to
clearly indicate the direction of egress, an
exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high
and readily distinguishable shall be maintained.
Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed
areas.
All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by
companies licensed to perform this type of work.
Drawings shall first be approved by the Washing -
ton Survey & Rating Bureau, then by the Tukwila
Fire Dept. No work shall commence without approved
drawings.
Hose stations are required per City Ordinance #730..
Fire extinguishers shall be proveded per NFPA #10,
as a minimum requirement.
Insure that adequate electrical service (receptacles)
is installed. This will help eliminate the future
illegal use of extension cords or other unapproved
devices.
All electrical wiring is to be inspected by the
State Electrical Inspector, Department of Labor &
Industries.
