Per UFC Sec. 10.113, "At every required exit
doorway, and wherever otherwise required to
clearly indicate the direction of egress, an
exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high
and readily distinguishable shall be maintained ".
2. Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading
to exits shall be maintained openable from the
inside without the use of a key or any special
knowledge or effort at all times when the build -
ing or area served thereby is occupied ".

the following items:
Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas.
All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by comp
licensed to perform this type of work. Drawings
shall first.be approved by the Washington Survey &
Rating Bureau, then bythe Tukwila Fire Dept. No
work shall commence without approved drawings.
Maintain hose station coverage per City Ordinance
#730.
Install roof heat /smoke vents per.Sec. 35.106(a),
of the Uniform Fire Code. (Vent to floor area
ratio of 1:100).
