In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please note
the following items:
1. Interior stairways shall be provided with
sprinkler protection underneath or enclosed .
per one -hour fire - resistive construction.
2. All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by
companies licensed to perform this type of
.work. Drawings shall first be approved by the.
Washington Survey & Rating Bureau, then by the.
Tukwila Fire Dept. No work shall commence
without approved drawings.
Hose stations are required per City Ordinance #730.
Hydrant to be Mueller A -24015 or Water,ous "Pacer " :.
No substitutes.
Maintain Fire Dept. vehicle access on the North
side of the building.
A roof access hatch and ladder shall be provided
from the inside of the building.
