Maintain sprinker protection for all enclosed areas. (Includes under -stair areas) All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies licensed to perform this type of work. Drawings shall first be approved by the Washington Survey & Rating Bureau, then by the Tukwila Fire Dept. No work shall commence without approved drawings.(May have Factory Mutual approval in lieu of W.S.R.B.) 2. Per UFC Sec, 10.113, "At every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high and readily distinguishable shall be maintained 3,. Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the building or area served thereby is occupied ". 4. Fire extinguisher type, quantity and placement shall be per NFPA #10. 5, An automatic fire extinguishing system shall be installed in all range- hoods. These systems shall be designed, installed and tested per NFPA #12 for a CO2 system or NFPA #17 for a dry - chemical system. Requirement per Section 13.301 of the Uniform Fire Code. Please include these comments in your review of the above mentined project.
