Per UFC Sec.. 10.113, "At every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an exit sign with letters at least 6 inches high and readily distinguishable shall be maintained ". Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the build - ing or area served thereby is occupied ". Hose stations are required per City Ordinance #730. (one hose station required) Fire extinguisher type, quantity and placement shall be per NFPA #10.
