Here are our comments:. 1. Provide special inspection of concrete where f'c exceeds 2000 psi per Section 305. Provide special inspection for structural steel welds per Section 305. 3. Substantiate soil bearing capacity. 4. Indicate dimensions of precast concrete beams. 5. Glu -lam beams at grid 26 -B and K are overstressed in bearing per- pendicular to grain. 6. Verify size of bearing plates at glu -lam beam to column connections at grid A -16, 17 and 25. 7. Verify size of bearing plate at glu -lam beam to pilaster connec- tion at grid 18 -B to J.
