the following items:
1. Hose stations are required per City Ordinance #730.
2. Fire extinguisher type, quantity and place-
ment shall he per NFPA #10.
3. Present hydrants will satisfy the require-
ments for these two buildings, per Ord. i729.
However, any future buildings will require the
addition of additional "on-site" hydrants.
4. Any building with a total square-foot area of
20,000 or more will require automatic sprinklers.
It is very strongly recommended sprinklers
be provided, even if the buildings are less than
20,000 square feet.
Please include these comments in your review of the above
mentioned project.

The following comments apply to conformance with the State Handicap Standards:
1. Provide 24" clearance in front of toilets per Section 1711(b).

4. Identify primary public building entrances with International Symbol of
Access per Section 3301.
