Site Plan: Southcenter South Project #'377
Mr. Crutchfield displayed and explained the site and elevation drawings for
Project #377 and read the Staff Report.
Commission noted the poor access provided to this ''ot as a consequence of
ending the roadway at the rail line. Also discussed storage area and need
for sc, ..eening. Mr. Crutchfield again noted Subdivision review should resolve
the question of adequate access.
Motion by Mr. Sowinski and seconded by Mrs. Avery to approve the plans for
Project #377 with the following stipulations:
1. The number of parking spaces required by code be provided outside
the designated storage area. /
Architectural screening of roof-mounted mounted equipment.
Treatment of River Zone in accordance with Shoreline Master Program
to include screening of storage area. .
rovision of landscape concentration at Past e:d of the north property
line.
The site plan is subject to revision as may be required as a consequence
