Survey Notes for subject property.
Our computations show that the existing run -off of the total drainage
`area East of Macadam Road is 2.63 CFS. Future run -off after site
development will be 3.24 CFS. Minimum capacity of the asphalt - lined
portion.of the roadway ditch is 34.4 CFS. Therefore, existing drainage
`provisions within the existing right -of -way are adequate.
