Meeting was called to order at the hour of 8;15 o'clock,
There Were present:
Joel Shomaker, Mayor
J. M. Hall,
J. W.' .Wilson,
John G. Hopkins and
Frank W. Johansen, -,Councilmen.
The minutes of the last neeting were read and approved.
Ordinance No. 16, referring to the method of collecting
`taxes, was introduced and passed on its first
Mr. Johansen requested more time in which to make his report
on' the draining of the low land of the Town; granted,
Mr. Johansen reported a Cesspool which had becorue a nuisance;

Mr. Wilson raised the question of the excessive price being
