A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, UPDATING THE CITY'S
DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES TO SERVE ON THE
CASCADE WATER ALLIANCE; AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 1418.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila established membership to the
Cascade Water Alliance through Resolution No. 1417, and designated representatives to
the Alliance by Resolution No. 1418; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to update the designation of its official representatives
to said committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Mayor Jim Haggerton is hereby designated as the representative of the
City of Tukwila to the Cascade Water Alliance. Councilmember Verna Griffin is hereby
designated as the first alternate.
Section 2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Cascade Water
Alliance, Attention: Pam Higbee, 11400 SE 8th Street, #440, Bellevue, Washington 98004.
Section 3. Resolution No. 1418, passed on May 3,1999, is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a Regular Meeting thereof this day of 2008.
