HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 1699 - Public Works Fee Schedule: Water, Sewer and Surface Water (Repealed by Res 1728) Resolution 1699 was amended or repealed by the following resolutions. 1728 Resolution No. C A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A NEW PUBLIC WORKS FEE SCHEDULE; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1671. WHEREAS, each year the City analyzes the rate model for the three utility enterprise funds, which are water, sewer and surface water; updates the traffic model; and analyzes the transportation network to ensure continued compliance with the Growth Management Act and the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the City is authorized to impose fees that are similar to charges for services rendered; and WHEREAS, the City desires to annually update its impact fees to reflect current project costs; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
