companies licensed to perform this type of
work. Drawings shall first be approved by the
Washington Survey & Rating Bureau, then by
the.Tukwila Fire Dept. No work shall commence

As early as July o.f'`1974, a fire -lane was required
behind Bldg. #255. As yet, no attempt has been
made to implement it. Since the building will
now be nearly full, it seems like a proper time
