The. Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan submitted for McCann
Project #300 and approved it with the following stipulations:
1. The site plan be revised to indicate provision of 93 parking
spaces.
2. All 90 degree parking spaces be a minimum width of 9 feet.
▪ The curb cut at the south end of the property not exceed 40 feet.
A detailed landscape plan be reviewed and approved prior to
issuance of occupancy permit.
▪ All of the above stipulations, except #4, be approved by the
Planning Department prior to issuance of a Building Permit.
