and have reviewed it for compliance with Chapters 23 through 29 of the
Uniform Building Code. Here are our comments:
1. Provide special inspection of concrete per Section 305.
2. Indicate height of precast wall panels.
3• Where the unsupported distance between.stiffening elements exceeds
25 times the.wall thickness for bearing walls and 36 times
thickness for non - bearing walls, reinforcement shall conform to
Section 2610 (q).
. Chord.splice inadequate, provide calculations.

The Planning Commission, at its regular meeting conducted 22 July 1976, reviewed
the site plan proposed for Segale Business Park Project #752.
The Commission, after considerable discussion, approved the plan subject to the
following stipulations:
1. All curb cuts shall not exceed the 40 -foot maximum permitted under
Section 18.56.040 (TMC).
. Landscaping shall conform to the Master Landscape. Plan previously
approved.
3. Planning Department review of elevations and exterior treatment.
