Pursu'Ant to a call by the Mayor, a special short session of.
the Town Council was held on a above date at the 'resiidence.- of Mr.
Wederman.
Meeting was called to order by the Mayor at the hour'of
Present:
Joel Shomaker, Mayor.
J. M. Mall,
Del Adelphia,
J. W. Wilson and
Jno. 0. Wold, Councilmen.
The Mayor stated that the meeting had been called for the
purpose of considering assessments and paying bills labot in
Improvement. Districts 1 2.
The Committee on Streets and Alleys made the following report:
"We, your committee on Streets and Alleys beg to inform you that
we have inspected Improvement Districts 1 2, and find that
the sidewalks theteinare laid_ according to Ordinances govern-
ing same.

Upon motion made by Hall., seconded by Adelphia, the clerk
was instructed to pay the following birls for labor in connection with
laying sidewalks in`•fromt of non resident property in Improvement Dis-
tricts Nos. 1 2, the same be paid back into the Town,-Treasury when
_collections, either voluntary or enforced, are made on the said non-
resident property, the clerk was also instructed to notify these non
resident owners that the old council goes out of office on January 12th
1909, and the new council going into office at that time will immediate
..ly proceed to enforce collection.
Bills ordered paid as above are as follows:
Lot 15, Block 7, $9. b5
Lot 16, Block 7, 13.65
Lot 30, Block 4, 28.30
$51. 60
There being no. further business, at the;.hour of 9. :40
