ORDINANCE NO. 523 irra '3
An ORDINANCE adopting a Comprehensive Street Program
for the City of Tukwila for the ensuing one year,
pursuant to RCW 35.77.010.
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila had previously adopted aC:omprehensive
Street Program by Ordinance No. 347, and
WHEREAS the City Gouncil of the City of Tukwila has reviewed the street
construction accomplished to date under the existing Comprehensive Street Program,
and determined current and future street needs for the City of Tukwila, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Tukwila has now revised and
extended the Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing one year, and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing was held on said revisions and extensions on
July 17, 1'968 at the City Hall of the City of Tukwila
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:•
SECTION I. The maps and lists attached hereto, marked as Exhibit 'sA and hereby
indorporated by reference, are hereby adopted as the Comprehensive Street Program
for the City of Tukwila for the ensuing one year.
SECTION 2. In accordance with the provisions of RCW 35.77.010, a copy of this
ordinance, and attachments shall be filed by the City Clerk with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washington within thirty (30) days of the date of the
adoption of this ordinance.

August 1968
