Lodging Tax Advisory Board (no term limits):
Appoint Brad Knutson to Position #3 on the Lodging Tax
Advisory Board.
Appoint Mhairi Voelsgen to Position #8 on the Lodging Tax
Advisory Board.
Appoint Mike Schabbing to Position #4 on the Lodging Tax
Advisory Board.

5. CONSENT a. Approval of vouchers.
AGENDA b. Accept as complete the Allentown Phase 2 /Foster Point Water Pg.13
and Sewer Improvements project with R. L. Alia Company;
authorize release of retainage, subject to the standard claim
and lien release procedures (final cost of project, including
retainage: $7,932,210.54).
6. UNFINISHED a. An ordinance establishing sewer and water connection fees for Pg.35
BUSINESS Allentown Phase 2 and Foster Point.
b. Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #1 (to Contract #07- Pg.43
063) with Construct Company for the Westfield Shoppingtown
North Sewer Repair in the amount of $120,000.00
(see 8 -13 -07 C.O.W.).
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement No. 2 (to Contract #06- Pg.45
074) with Abacus Engineered Systems for Year 1 Standby Power
Upgrades in the amount of $101,364.00 (see 8 -13 -07 C.O.W.).
