AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 513,
relating to and providing for the con-
demnation of certain property rights.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 513 is hereby amended by the addition of a new
section as follows:
Section 4. The condemnation or damaging,or both, of real property
described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof and incorporated herein, situated outside the City
Limits of the City of Tukwila, is hereby authorized for the purpose
of constructing a temporary detour road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA this 15th
day of April 1968.

All of the following described property except the North
104 feet of the East 35 feet thereof:
Beginning 30 feet North and 1335.75 feet West from the
Northeast corner of the Henry Adams Donation Claim No. 43 in
the NW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 22 North, Range 4 East W.M.,
said point being on the North margin of S. 180th Street; thence
North 120 feet; thence West 38 feet; thence South 57 feet;
thence West to_the Easterly margin of Secondary State Highway
No. 5M (West Valley Highway); thence Southerly along said
Easterly margin to the North margin of South 180th Street;
thence East to the point of beginning.
