5. BID AWARD Authorize the Mayor to award a contract to Road Construction Pg.5
Northwest, Inc., in the amount of $517,281.00 for the 2007 Small

7. UNFINISHED a. A resolution declaring the disposition of two parcels of City -owned Pg.17
BUSINESS property on South 180th Street.
b. A motion approving a fireworks permit submitted by Mr. Tom Pg.21
Whitacre for a fireworks display at the annual "Family 4th at the
Fort" celebration (see 6/11/07 C.O.W.).
c. Adoption of fire code ordinances: Pg.23
1. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2129, adopting the 2006
International Fire Code and amendments related to propane
system installations, residential fire apparatus access roads, and
the assessment of re- inspection fees.
2. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2130, regarding
sprinkler fire code issues, new building sprinkler requirements,
paint color requirements, and assessment of re- inspection fees.
3. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2131, regarding
requirements for plan submittals, electrical permits,
requirements for fire watch, and assessment of re- inspection fees.
4. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2132, clarifying
assessment of re- inspection fees.
d. A resolution approving the 2008 -2013 Transportation Improvement Pg.7
Program (see Item 6 above).
e. A resolution rejecting the sole bid submitted for the Tukwila Pg.41
International Boulevard Phase 1 Final Cleanup Project.
