SPONSOR'S Consultant Agreement with Mirai Transportation Planning and Engineering will provide an
SUMMARY update to the concurrency model. The agreement will also perform site specific analysis
for a proposed development on the Associated Grocers site. Sabey Corporation has
verbally agreed to pay for the additional study costs of $16,000 in addition to the standard
concurrency test fee set at $24, 300. The total contract amount is $50,928.00.
