AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF
FORECLOSING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT LIENS ON
ON CERTAIN DELINQUENT INSTALLMENTS OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 5
WHEREAS, en January 1 1968, two or more installments of Local
Improvement District Ne. 5 assessments were delinquent on the following
deser} bed property:
Let 16, Block 7, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tract; and
FLEAS, this delinquent assessment has not yet been paid,
NUJ THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Tukwila authorizes and
directs that the alternative method for foreclosing Local Improvement
assessment liens as provided for in RCW 35.50.220 be followed in foreclosing
Local Improvement assessment liens on the above described property.
Section 2. The City Attorney shall proceed to foreclose said Local
Improvement District liens by filing the required Complaint in the Superior
Court of King County on or before March 1 1968.
