4. BID AWARD Award a contract to L. W. Sundstrom, Inc., for the Macadam Winter Garden Pg.11
project in the amount of $348,908.74 ($227,400.00 in budgeted funds and
$155,508.74 from the Real Estate Transfer Tax) (see 5/29/07 C.O.
5. UNFINISHED a. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with the Museum of Flight for Pg.13
BUSINESS marketing Tukwila and Seattle Southside Visitor Services to visitors from
outside the region in the amount of $25,000.00 annually for ten years
(see 5/29/07 C.O.
b. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 2 (to Contract Pg.15
#05 -085) with Siemens ITS for the Tukwila Urban Center Signal
Interconnect and ITS Project in the amount of $136,274.00
(see 5/29/07 C.O.W.).
c. A resolution declaring an emergency in response to damages to public Pg.17
property caused by a collapsed sanitary sewer (near Shasta Beverages).
d. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with R. L. Alia Company for Pg.21
emergency sanitary sewer pipe repair in an amount not to exceed
$35,000.00 (near Shasta Beverages) (see 5/29/07 C.O.
e. Seven Street vacations for the Sound Transit Link Light Rail Project: Pg.23
1) An ordinance vacating certain property located within the City,
dedicated for street purposes, generally described as 35th Avenue South,
running southwesterly from Southcenter Boulevard (South 154th Street)
for approximately 354 feet.
2) An ordinance vacating certain property located within the City,
dedicated for street purposes, generally described as 48th Avenue South,
running northeasterly from S. 134th Place to the Interstate 5 on -ramp at
State Route 599.
3) An ordinance vacating certain property located within the City,
dedicated for street purposes, generally described as 47th Avenue South,
running northeasterly for approximately 310 feet, from South 134th Place
to the Washington Department of Transportation right -of -way.

dedicated for street purposes, generally described as a portion of
S. 138th Street at the intersection of S. 138th Street and the westerly
side of Washington Department of Transportation Interstate 5
right -of -way.
6) An ordinance vacating certain property located within the City,
dedicated for street purposes, generally described as a portion of
S. 146th Street, running southeasterly for approximately 222 feet,
from 51st Avenue South to Interstate 5 right -of -way.
7) An ordinance vacating certain property located within the City,
dedicated for street purposes, generally described as a portion of
South 133rd Street, located at the intersection of S. 133rd Street and
State Route 599 right -of -way.
f. Authorize the Mayor to sign Contract Amendment A (to Contract Pg.53
#03 -123) with Gordy's of Tukwila to facilitate an improved business
model regarding concessions at Foster Golf Course

g. Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement for design services with Pg.55
Beckwith Consulting Group for the Six-Year Park, Recreation, and
Open Space Plan in the amount of $40,000.00 (see 5/29/07 C.O. W.).
h. Authorize the Mayor to increase the staff of the Parks Division by Pg.57
.25 full -time employee (FTE) with funding from the extra labor budget
(see 5/29/07 C.O.W.).
