ORDINANCE NO. 504 60 y
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Tukwila amending
Ordinance No. 498 and Ordinance No. 463, the 1967
budget ordinance of the City of Tukwila.
WHEREAS, certain changes should be made in the 1967 budget on the
basis of increased revenue and the requirements of known expenditure needs
in certain classifications for the year of 1967 and,

WHEREAS, certain unforseen water repair expenditures arose in the
Water Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain
as follows:
City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 498 is amended as follows:
Section 1. Revenues, subsection 2, building permits, under the
classification General Government is increased from $16,882.00 to $17,182.00.
The last paragraph of Ordinance No. 498 is recinded and inserted in
its place is the following paragraph:
There is hereby appropriated from the General Revenues, as increased,
the sum of $8,200.00 and from the Street Department, subsection 56, materials,
the sum of $2,800.00 as a loan to the Water Department which is to be repaid
at the rate of 4% interest with yearly payments of $1,000.00, or more.
City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 463 is amended as follows:
Section 2. Expenditures, is amended as follows: Subsection 56,
Materials, Water Department from $815.00 to $11,815.00.
PASSED by the City Council, the City of Tukwila, this
18th day of December, 1967.
