A regular meeting of the Town Council was held at the refddence°
of the Mayor, on the above date.
Meeting was called to order by the Mayor at the hour of 9:100 P.M.
Present:
Joel Shomaker, Mayor.
J. M. Hall,
R. H. Heath,
J. W. Wilson,
-John 0. Wold, Councilmen.
E.F,Greene, being absent, J.M,Hall was duly elected Clerk, Pro tem.
A Communication was received from W Mush, asking for a permit to
burn a slashing on 5 -acre tract No. 15, of Seattle Land Company's Five
acre Tracts; permit to issue to D.Yiatsumi. The communication was
referred to the Committee on Fire, Light and Mater.
Ordinance No. 5 was presented to the Council upon its Second
Reading.
On its final reading, Ordinance No. 5, upon motion duly and
seconded, was unanimously passed by the Council, and signed "a hiV�ApsPI- T'0
by the Mayor.
There being no further business to transact, upon motion-duly
made and seconded, meeting was adjourned at the hour of 9 :35.P.M'0
