6. BID AWARDS Award a contract to R. L. Alia Company in the amount of Pg. 5
$764,864.00 for the Southcenter Boulevard Water Main
Replacement project (see 1/22/07 COW).
7. UNFINISHED a. An ordinance regarding alcoholic beverage control/ Pg. 7
BUSINESS enforcement.
b. An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 1973 regarding Pg.11
Curfew for Minors.
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 2 Pg.15
with Anchor Environmental in the amount of $89,615.00 for
construction management services for the Southcenter
Boulevard Water Main Replacement project (see 1/22/07 COW).
8. NEW BUSINESS Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with KPG, Inc., Pg.17
in the amount of $79,793.00 for design services for the
2007 Overlay Program.
