A Special Meeting of the Town Council was held the`_reslden
of the Mayor, on the above
Meeting was called to order;.by_ the Mayor -_at the hour_ =of -t"
-8:20 P.M.
Present, Joel Shomaker, Mayor
J.M.Hall,
R.H.Heath,
J.W.Wilson, Council a iat
The only committee to report was the one on` the "schoo1�i3y
question, and its chairman reported that the County Super intepctn
efuse to grant out petition for a separate. district.
Ordinance No. 5, was presented ",to the Council upon its first-
reading, and ordered to be brought up for final hearing at the
next regular meeting
There being no further busliess to transact, upon motion
duly made and seconded, meeting was adjourned at the hour of.-
9:45 P.M.
