Minutes of,the last meeting were read and approved.
The Clerk reported the purchase of a minute book and CorporateF__-
Seal, for $1.50 and $5.00 respectively, which was approved,
The Clerk also presented the Bonds for the Treasurer, Clerk,
21arshal and Police Magistrate, which upon motion duly made and secaride
--were unanimously approved.
The Clerk also made the following financial report. Cash
hand from the Incorporation Mass Meetings, $15.00
Balance due City Attorney $25900
Due as Premium on Bonds 15.00 41.00=
Deficit
The Clerk was directed to turn ovet to the Treasurer the_4 15.1t�

now on hand; this amount together with $1.00 contributed by-
Treasurer, he was directed to pay to the American Surety Comp'ai

In payment of the Premium on the above mentioned`Bonds,
Ordinance No. 3, reading as follows; was unanimously 449 pt:ed1
An Ordinance designating the Duwamidh Valley Tribune .as" the�'Off�c
ial Newspaper of ''the Town of Tukwila.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town 'of Tikkwfla;
Section 1. That the Duwamish Valley Tribune, the same being'
weekly newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Tukwila, be
and the same is hereby selected and designated as the official paper
of the said Town of Tukwila.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
five (5) days from the date of its publication,
Passed the Town Council this 7th day of July, 1908 and signed-b#
me in open session in authentication of its passage, this 7th day
of July, 1908.
