Approval of vouchers. 6. BID AWARD Authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with Cascade Signal Pg.11 Corporation of Spanaway, Washington, in the amount of $111,600.00 (plus sales tax) for 24 traffic signal uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units for the Tukwila Urban Center Signal Interconnect and ITS project (see 11/13/06 COW). 7. PUBLIC HEARING An ordinance increasing the City of Tukwila Regular Levy 1% from Pg.13 the previous year, commencing January 1, 2007 on all property both real and personal. 8. UNFINISHED a. An ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Tukwila Pg.13 BUSINESS for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2007 on all property, both real and personal. b. An ordinance increasing the City of Tukwila Regular Levy 1% Pg.13 for the previous year, commencing January 1, 2007 on all property, both real and personal (see Item 7 above). c. An ordinance renewing a six -month moratorium on acceptance Pg.17 of applications for certain land divisions and development activities and land uses within the area designated for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) around the temporary commuter rail /Amtrak Station at Longacres. d. A resolution approving a land use fee schedule. Pg.27 e. A motion to amend the scope of work for the Tukwila Pg.33 International Boulevard Phases 2 and 3 construction project due to cost increases (see 11/13/06 COW). f.
