Mullet, Mayor of Tukwila, do hereby proclaim the month of October: NAT CODE ENFORCEMENT MONTH in the City of Tukwila, and urge all citizens to observe this month by becoming *4 j aware of the dedication and commitment to the improvement of the quality of ZZ life in our neighborhoods, by supporting those who are working towards this end and by participating in community efforts to achieve these goals.
