Approval of vouchers. 5. BID AWARD Award a contract to Valley Electric Company of Mt. Vernon, Inc., Pg.3 in the amount of $693,081.00 for the Tukwila Urban Center Signal Interconnect and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Project (see 9/25/06 COW). 6. UNFINISHED a. Authorize Mayor to sign Supplement No. 2 to Contract #06 -075 Pg.5 BUSINESS with Jacobs Civil, Inc., in the amount of $170,863.00 for the Tukwila Urban Center Signal Interconnect and ITS Project (see 9/25/06 COW). b. Authorize Mayor to sign Supplement No. 1 to Contract #05 -085 Pg.7 with Siemens ITS, in the amount of a fixed fee not to exceed $93,325.00 for part -time on -call construction support services on the Tukwila Urban Center Signal Interconnect and ITS Project (see 9/25/06 COW). c.
