I am pleased to forward to you the application of Lavern Peterson. Lt. Peterson has applied to
serve on our Equity Diversity Commission. If confirmed, his term in Position would expire
on July 31, 2008.
Unless I hear otherwise from members of the City Council before September 8, I will invite
Lt. Peterson to the Regular City Council meeting on September 18, 2006 to have his appointment
confirmed.
