Tukwila, Washington.
October 13th, 1921.
The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Town of Tukwila was
called to order by the Mayor at 9 :00 P. M. There were present Mayor E. F. Green,
Councilmen W. F. Engel, C. Sanders, and H. E. Ives; Councilmen F. J. Klein and
M. V. Lemon being absent.

The Town Treasurer's statement was read by the Clerk and ordered placed
.on file.
A letter from Trick Murray regarding registration books was reafl and
referred to the Clerk.

Street Committee. Councilman Engel.
Practically all the str.,ets in the town are in good condition at
the present time and about the only up -keep necessary will be dragging occasionally.

The matter of sidewalks on Bluff Street was again brought up and discussed.:

It was reported that there were several additional cries of property damage.
around the town, such as breaking of windows, etc., by boys. After sore discussion
the Mayor recommended that Judge Durbin investigate this matter and take the nec-
essary steps to prevent a recurrence.
It was moved and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to purch=ase the
necessary registration books for the coming year. Motion carried.
kr. Payne appeared before the Council and resorted that the contractors
for the new school building would 'Like more material for gradingand would "like to get
dirt from Warren Avenue. After some discussion it was agread that the Ways Means
Committee meet with the -contractors on Sunday, October 16th, at 10 :30 A.M. to inves-
tig -te the proposition.
No further business appearing the Council adjourned at 9:35 P. M.
