An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of Tukwila
to make transfers between items within budget classifications
pursuant to RCW 35.33.120.
THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF TUKWILA do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Tukwila is hereby authorized,
pursuant to RCW 35.33.120, to make transfers within any class
in the budget provided:
A. No salary shall be increased above the amount
provided therefor in the Budget.
B. Requests for transfers shall be made in writing
to the Mayor by the department head seeking the transfer.
C. Transfers made by the Mayor shall be authorized in
writing and filed with the City Clerk, City Treasurer,
and Chairman of the Finance Committee.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
19th day of July, 1965.
