SPONS('R'S Fountain Park LLC plans to construct a mixed -use development (Tukwila Station)
SI, M.\I. \RY consisting of approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space and 300 residential units. By
way of background, on April 4, 2005 the City Council authorized executing a development
agreement and land exchange with Pacific Commercial Properties (PCP) that mirrors the
current proposal.
