5. CONSENT a. Approval of minutes: July 10, 2006 (Special).
AGENDA b. Approval of vouchers.
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to Organizational
Capacity Building Interlocal Agreement between the City of
Tukwila and the City of Federal Way (see 6/26/06 COW).
6. UNFINISHED a. A resolution ratifying King County Ordinance No. 15426, adopting Pg.
BUSINESS Growth Management Planning Council Motions 05 -1 and 05 -2.
b. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Abacus Engineered
Systems in the amount of $50,485.00 for design services for the
Standby Power Upgrade Project (see 6/26/06 COW).
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement No. 2 to
Contract No. 06 -047 with DMJM Harris, Inc., in the amount of
$62,700.00, for 2006 Small Drainage Program Construction
Management Services (see 7/10/06 COW).
