4. BID AWARD Award a contract to Dennis R. Craig Construction, Inc., in the Pg.ll
amount of $326,066.15 for the 2006 Small Drainage Program
(see 6-12-06 COW)

b. A resolution authorizing application for Aquatic Lands Pg.21
Enhancement Account (ALEA) funding assistance for acquisition

c. A resolution approving an Offsite Wetland Mitigation Plan on Pg.27
certain City-owned properties.
d. Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Macaulay & Pg.31
Associates in an amount not to exceed $93,000.00 to provide a
Special Benefits Study and Right-of-Way assistance for the
Tukwila Urban Center Access Proiect (Klickitat).
