SPONSOR'S The project was advertised on May 16 and 23, 2006. Three bids were received and
SUlL \LARY opened on May 31, 2006. The low bid of $326,066.15 was from Dennis R. Craig, Inc.
Dennis R. Craig, Inc. worked successfully on the 2004 and 2005 Small Drainage
Projects and references indicate that they have performed well on similar type
projects with other agencies.
