c. Final acceptance of City Hall Council Chamber Remodel for
Audio/Visual Upgrade with Pro Sound & Communications in
the amount of $31,466.90; release retainage in the amount of
$1,446.09
6. UNFINISHED a. A resolution adopting a Sewer System Plan update and
BUSINESS providing for sanitary sewer policies.
b. An ordinance renewing a six-month moratorium on acceptance
of applications for certain land divisions and development
activities and land uses within the area designated for transit-
oriented development.
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract for consulting services
with Commercial Development Solutions relating to the
Tukvvila Valley South project.
7 NEW BUSINESS Authorize the Mayor to initiate a lawsuit to recover the City's
clean-up costs for contamination in the right-of-way at 14004
Tukwila International Boulevard.
