April 8, 1920
The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Town of Tukwila was called to
'order by the Mayor at 8 :15 P. M. There were present,
Mayor, E. F. Green,
Councilman, R. F. Engel,
F. J. Klein,
M. V. Lemon, and
J.B. Heemink
�e minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved.
�EPORTS OF COMMITTEES
Street Committee: Councilman Klein.
The sidewalks and catch basin for the drain on The Flat have been
+installed as per recommendations at the last regular meeting.

The treasurer's report was read approved, and placed on file.

i The following bills were read by the Clerk and after being 0. K'd
the Finance Committee were ordered paid and warrants drawn for their respective

UNFINIMM BUSINESS
The motion was made and seconded that Ordinance No. 79, Building Ordinance,
!be laid over until the next meeting. Motion carri q3.
j After some discussion regarding the street light on Riverside Avenue this
;natter was ordered laid over until the next meeting.
Councilman Engel asked that a price be placed on the motorcycle belonging
Ito the town in order to expedite the sale of the machine. After a general dis-
cussion the motion was made and seconded that Councilman Engel be authorized to
dispose of the motorcycle for the best possible price, but not less than $200.00.
Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS
I It was reported that the sidewalks on Reitz Avenue were in bad condition
land in need of immediate repairs. After some discussion on this matter it was
!!referred to the town attorney to ascertain if the county commissioners ,could assist
1 1us in any way in replacing the sidewalk.
The matter of the lawsuit with the contractors for the grading of the
was brought up and discussed for some length by the entire Council.
No further business occuring the Council adjourned at 8:50 P. M.
