April 6, 2006
I am pleased to forward to you the application of Liz Bolian, who would like to serve on the
Committee. Ms. Bolian is the General Manager of the Best Western River's Edge and has
previously served on the SeaTac Lodging Ta.x Advisory Committee and on the SW King County
Chamber Board. She will replace Louis Haslett, who recently resigned due to taking a new job
outside ofTukwila.
Unless I hear otherwise trom members ofthe Council by April 12, I will be asking that her
appointment be confinned at the Regular City Council meeting on Monday, April 17 , 2006.
