SPONSOR'S The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recently mandated that the City must
SUMMt_ARY monitor for disinfectants and water quality. The initial report, IDSE, will be due October 1,
2006. This consultant agreement with HDR Engineering will recommend the preliminary
monitoring sites to be sampled and assess the implications of water quality blending from
the City of Kent's intertie.
