5. CONSENT a. Approval of Minutes: 4/3/06 Regular.
AGENDA b. Approval of Vouchers.
c. Accept as complete the Emergency Erosion Repair Project (42nd
Avenue South bridge) with American Civil Constructors West
Coast, Inc.; authorize release of retainage subject to the standard
claim and lien procedures (final cost of project: $54,269.44).
6. UNFINISHED a. An ordinance establishing a Relocation Assistance Program.
BUSINESS b. Authorize Mayor to sign Supplement #2 to the 2005/2006 Small
Drainage Program Design contract with KPG in the amount of
$77,469.49 (see 4/10/06 COW).
c. Authorize Mayor to sign Supplement #1 to the
Allentown /Foster Point Water and Sewer Improvements
Construction Management Services contract with DMJM Harris
in the amount of $500,000.00.
d. Authorize Mayor to sign Supplement #1 to the Maule
Avenue /Campbell Hill /58th Avenue South Waterlines
Construction Management Services contract with Anchor
Environmental in the amount of $131,312.00.
