Council an Klein. The small amount of general work has been done on the streets during the past month and the side- ,val_•c on Tukwila venus h�_s ,ecn completed. Election Committee. Councilman 'wllenber;. At a regular municip 1 election held in the Town of 'iukwi1a December 2nd to fill the office.; of three councilmen and one treasurer there r;ere 111 votes c- -.yet, one of !:hich was thrown out. This election resulted in 82 votes for +I. F. Engle, 70 for V. Lemon, 52 for F. J. Klein, 24 for H. Meyers, 36 for G. I a.11enber 4 for E. J. Reed for councilmen, and for treasurer 89 voter for r. Jensen, and 2 for F. Lovejoy. The motion w ac made and seconded that Vi. F. Engle, iri. V. 'Lemon jnd F. J. Klein be declared elected Councilmen for the caning tvio years, and that C, Jensen be decl .re elected Tr °a.curer for the coning ye-r. gaotion carried. The Clerk -,._s instructed to notify the above of their election.
