The minutes of the 'Last meeting were read and approved.
REPORTS OF COTI ITTEES
j! Street Committee, Councilman Klein.
The work of gravelling Main Street and Outlet Avenue has been
completed. The drain pipe on the flat has been installed and the work is
practically completed for the winter.
COiVMUNICATIONS
A report of the State Examiner was read. and ordered. filed.
Town Treasurer's report read and ordered filed.

UNFINISHED BUSI MSS
No unfinished business occuring the Council passed to new business.
NEW BUSINESS
Councilman Klein reported the sidewalk on Highland Drive extended to be
in very bad condition. After 6 general discussion regarding sidewalk work
throughout the town the motion was made and seconded that in the future all
sidewalk work, both new and repairing, be charged against the abutting property
owners after giving such owners due notice according to law. Motion carried.
Moved and seconded that the Street Committee install the sidewalk on
Tukwila Avenue on the present grade as soon as possible. Motion carried.
The Clerk was instructed to post notices for the coming election to be
held on December 2nd.
Treasurer Jensen recommended that $500.00 be borrowed fromthe 1919 Bond
fund for use in the general fund in order to pay off outstanding warrants and
other warrants that might become due before additional money would be had from
the tax levy. After a general discussion it was moved and seconded that
$500.00 be borrowed from the 1919 Bond fund for the 'general fund provided such
a transaction would be approved by the Town Attorney. I:otion carried.
No further business occuring the Council adjourned at 9:35 P. iw.
