SPONSOR'S Commercial Development Solutions (Lisa Verner) provides project management services
SUMMARY for the Tukwila South development proposal. The original term of the contract was one
year, "not to exceed" $94,000. This contract was amended in July, 2005 to extend through
November, 2005 with an additional allocation of $40,000. We are proposing to extend the
current contract through April 30, 2006, for an addional amount not -b3 exceed $60,000.
