SPONSOR'S The City entered into an Interlocal Agreement with 15 other cities within the Water
SUMMARY Resource Inventory Area 9 (WRIA 9) to fund a five -year habitat assessment plan through
December 31, 2005. The plan is now complete and ready for adoption and the proposed
one -year extension would allow for the development of a detailed implementation plan
and begin to pursue funding sources.
