order by the iaayor, Charles 0. i aKer, at 2:00 P.E. Councilmen
present were Stan Minkler, A. G. Radford, E. W. Ives, H. K. Doyle
and Jerry Hamilton.
The minutes of the October f.reeting were read and approved as read.
Mayor Baker read a letter from Redmond officials regarding the
desirability of coordinating industrial development in this area.
Mayor Baker and John otrander, Chairman of Tukwila Planning Commiss-
ion, were invited to share their experience in organizing the Valley
Industrial Commission.
Current bills were examined and upon motion ordered paid.

Mr. Kinkier reported 7 building permits issued in October, with
a valuation of 62,000.00.
i,ir. Drew Lave a brief report on distrct schools.
Mayor Paker reaxtivated the committee which will investigate
possible sites for a 'Town hall and an additional Fire Station. This
committee is headed by tan i�inkler.
Mayor baker reviewed an application _of a business firm for a
possible location in Tukwila. Since the Company in question has a
problem of an offensive odor it was decided to consult the State
Department of Health/
Mr. Zepp reported on Flood Control needs.
