Planning Commission in a 8pecJJa meeting, was called to order
by the idiayoe, Chas. C. Laker at 3:45 P.L. Cot.ncilmen pr sent
were Stan I:Iinkler, A. G. Radford, iionald Doyle, L. A. Frese anti
Wynn Anderson.
Mr. itichard Bowen, Chairman of the 7'tnnexation comiit.ee,
presented a petition for annexation to the Town of Tukwila and
reco_ amended it be annexed to the Town.
After hearin" the reading of the petition hr. r,:inkler moved
that the Council find to its satisfaction that the petition for
annexation filed with the Council complies with tr1e requirements
of law and that the petition be accepted, that :ionuay, June 29,
1959, at 3 i'.iI., in the council Chambers of the Town fall be set
for a Public -Tearing thereon and that the Clerk be unstructed to
publish said notice in the Seattle Times ana post notices in the
area to be annexed, seconded and carried.
hir. Frese moved that the Sub- division ordinance iio. 221 be
placed on its first, seconded by !qr. i ;iinkler anu carried.
